The room was newly renovated with comfortable double beds, providing us with a restful stay, and the staff here were exceptional, incredibly friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent - the hotel was quiet - it was nice having the microwave and frige in the room

Fd staff were 'stressed' at multiple check ins - extra towels or shampoo (not left in the room) required a trip down to fd. Breakfast was not on par with rate/area/competition-LACKING. Mildew in shower - heat lamp broken - not fixed when pointed out - bulbs blown in bath - so minimal/no light and cold in bath.

Bed was comfortable and the room didn't smell like smoke.

Unfortunately, I could barely understand the desk clerk and I don't think he could understand me either. Would have been nice if he spoke/understood a little more English.

It was close to where I needed to be.

I had to go to the office several times before I finally got what I requested. 1St time... I requested a double with 2 beds and the room was a king bed only. 2Nd time...I Went to the office and they gave me another room and the key didn't work. 3Rd time...they finally got it right. Beds were clean, but the washcloths were not. They should advertise breakfast as continental breakfast since that is what they served.

No exercise room ,no indoor pool Lobby hours very narrow Washer out of service when I went to use it. That "gay friendly " is used a description in your survey

The pool was not clean and was not available, the ice machine was broke,they tried to over change me and then when I went back to information that they over charged me he was noy trying to refund me.... I had to call the police and Booked.net.... This experience was bad

Low cost didn't outweigh: --run down condition of room. --cleanliness issues. --noise from trucks parked in adjoining lot. --safety issues. --noise from MacDonald's parking lot!
